have you looked in the error log file to see if there are any clues?
Can you post detailed specs for your PC? Screenshots from DXDIAG would help. Or contact support and they’ll be able to see that info.
From my personal experience:
When I had problems with Zwift crashing it always had something to do with my graphics card driver. I have a NVIDIA graphics card. Since I have switched from NVIDIA Game Ready Driver to the NVIDIA Studio Driver a long while ago I never had a single crash again.

it jjust freezes suddenly. All drivers are the latest versions
you mean the log files in Documents?
It looses all kind oc connections
Looks like that model uses Intel Iris Xe graphics. If you are using a video driver delivered by Microsoft or Lenovo, you should try the driver downloaded from the Intel website. If you search the Zwift forum for “intel iris xe” you will find many previous problem reports, some of which are resolved by using the latest Intel drivers.
If you contact support, I bet the first thing they will tell you to do is install the driver from Intel.
how do I get the latest Intell driver?
Should be this one:

Just installed the Intell driver. Now testing again

Another thing you can do to improve performance on that laptop is turn off video screenshots in Zwift settings. That probably won’t affect crashing but will almost certainly improve frame rates. The game is constantly capturing video when that setting is on.
the intell driver does the trick apparently. The demo has been running for 2 hours now without freezing.
Thanks
