Hi,
I bought a zwift hub one last year and completed it this month with a zwift ride.
I enjoyed two short rides but then a loud noise was produce.
A few minutes later everything stop working.
I found a small pawl below the hub.
I tried to open and repair it but it is damaged it seems.
It don’t stay in place anymore.
Could you please help me so I can enjoy my new toy?
Contact support and ask for a replacement freehub

I hope that it is only a freehub issue.
Waiting for the support answer I think I can try to fit a new freehub.
Do you know what kind a freehub I can use to replace it?
Zwift does offer a kit with the freehub body if you want to buy one, but I think they will send you one at no cost if you work with support.

I was thinking to us regular shimano freehub to get something may be more sturdy.
And it will be faster.
I will wait the support answer.
It may not fit the trainer. On the outside, 11 speed Shimano freehubs are all pretty much the same, but on the inside where it connects to the trainer, they do vary. You can’t assume a different one will fit, though sometimes it does.
