Hi all - trying this route as Zwift/Support chat bot refusing to work… very frustrated…
Have just received a Zwift smart Frame - the “special tool” and spacers were missing - but I had a cassette tool anyway to remove the old Shimano freehub (11-speed) - however, the smart hub I’ve been sent does not fit onto the Core Shimano free hub - don’t want to force it, but the grooves don’t align… am I missiing/miss-understanding something here? - any help greatly appreciated. Just wish I could get it from Zwift given the amount we are charged
