Started to use my Zwift hub one with Rouvy and the clicker whilst connected won’t work. It worked for a few seconds and then stopped. I had the same problem when connected to Zwift where it only intermittently worked.
Any suggestions please?

It might be the common issue where mounting the Click on the handlebars makes it bend slightly and lose contact with the battery. Try using it on a flat surface if you can, to see if that helps.

We can only guarantee that Zwift hardware will work with the Zwift platform. If you’ve been having intermittent issues with the Click + Zwift Hub setup whilst riding in Zwift - please reach out to my Support colleagues for one-on-one assistance.
Have you tried Steve’s suggestion to check that the Click mounts flat to the handlebars by rotating the included rubber shim?
