Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I split your question out from its original location because it’s not specific to a game version.
Your Hub and Click are indeed on the latest versions of their respective firmware. Easy to overlook, but did you power cycle the trainer during your troubleshooting?
Looking through your recent server log history - I’m seeing you log in from two Samsung tablets to troubleshoot as you described. One of them - the Galaxy Tab A7(SM-T500) still shows a Kurt Kinetic Road machine as one of the trainers you’ve used in the past. I take it this tablet is your preferred tablet?
I’d like to have you uninstall the main Zwift app from that tablet, and reinstall. On mobile OSs, this is the only way to purge the file that remembers what trainers you’ve paired to. Once reinstalled - is the connection to the Hub more reliable?
You’re pairing your trainer signals directly to the tablet - what we call “native” Bluetooth pairing. I see you’re using the Zwift Companion app on a Samsung smartphone? What happens when you bridge your trainer’s signals using the Companion app? Here’s how. Is that more stable?
