I have been having an issue on zwift when trying to launch the game. I can launch the game connect my devices select a world and workout and click ride. then the game freezes every time trying to load what ever world I select and the game crashes. I was wondering if this is a known issue and if there is a simple work around. The issue is not the connection, I have redownloaded zwift and that has not changed the issue. The game seemingly loads behind the screen but isnt displaying it to me. I am using a windows pc.
You’ll need to provide much more information about your set up, especially your PC. Can you provide your OS, memory, and graphics card information, as a start?
It may be that your PC does not support the running of Zwift and is not compatible or has the correct graphics cards to run it
