Zwift Frame - chain tensioner keeps disconnecting

I have bought a new Zwift frame, got it set up correctly. But when I cycle any time I slow down or stop cycling the chain tensioner keeps dropping down. Can you not free wheel with this set up? I’m a bit lost on what I might be doing wrong

Have you mounted the thru axle adapters correctly?

Yes, I’ve disassembled the rear axel, reassembled then retorqued it. Now its working properly, so I guess it must have been over tightened

Hi @Robin_Ramsay welcome to Zwift forums.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. We’re glad you found the solution to this annoyance.

For those who google their way to this discussion in the future - please make sure that your frame is installed “square” on the trainer. If it’s leaning over to one side, or if the frame isn’t perpendicular to the rear axle - the chain may not run parallel to the rear cog, and drop off of the tension pulley.
