Hello, i just installed the zwift cog but when i stop pedalling the chain loses tension because it’s trying to keep rolling. What did i do wrong?

I understand how important it is for you to have everything set up properly for your Zwift Ride. After reviewing your account, it seems that you are referring to the Zwift Ride, I want to ensure you have the correct thru axle adapters installed on your trainer.
It might also be helpful to take a look at this article Setting Up Your Zwift Ride Smart Frame. Please check if your frame is installed “square” on the trainer. If it’s leaning to one side or not perpendicular to the rear axle, it could cause the chain not to run parallel to the rear cog, leading to it dropping off the tension pulley.
