Instructions for installing Zwift frame/cog state the axle should be tightened to 15NM. If I go that tight, the chain tensioner drops when I pedal backwards. I used the 142m adapter - didn’t use a washer or additional rings. If I loosen the axle things work find except then the bike wobbles a bit over the rear axle. Any thoughts anyone? thanks…
Did you install the spin cap on the right side of the trainer? That’s a common reason for binding problems.

thanks Paul - I’m using the Garmin Tacx NEO 2T (not Wahoo) - but yes I did install the 142mm adapter on the non-drive side. on the drive side I inserted the axle through the Zwift cog - can’t seem to find the drive side adapter - if that’s what’s missing…

ok so on this YouTube video “Multi Trainer Zwift Cog Set Up” (I can’t send a link) at 1:55 it talks about replacing the cap which was taken off earlier to remove the cassette - but I don’t seem to have one and the Neo 2T didn’t come with a cassette installed…
