I am trying to install the Tacx Zwift Cog on my Tacx Neo 2T. However I cannot get the thru axle adapter on because the Zwift Cog covers the threads. Is there something I need to remove in order to get the adapter tightened on the trainer. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.
Disregard my previous post. I did get the Zwift Cog on my Neo 2T. I needed to push the little levers down on the cog to fit on the trainer. Once I did that, everything else was smooth sailing.

Hey, I’m having a similar issue with the Zwift Cog I just got for my Tacx Neo 2t in that it covers the threads. Do you recall if they sent you the “Elite” cog? And by the little levers, do you mean the pawls at the inner part of the cog? While I am awaiting a reply from Zwift support, I’m looking to see if others had a similar issue.
