Zwift for Mac not receiving power or cadence data from kickr core

Starting today Zwift (running on a MacBook Pro) does not receive either power or cadence data. Both read zero no matter what I’m doing. This is via Bluetooth and via the companion app. I’ve done all of the following:
Restart Zwift
Restart Laptop
Reinstall Zwift.

Nothing works. At this point, Zwift is completely useless.

What happens when you stop zwift and do a ride in the wahoo app?

I don’t use that. But TrainerRoad works fine.

Since TrainerRoad works I assume the Kickr is fine. It would be a good idea to contact Zwift support rather than relying on the community since they can see things in your log files that we can’t. If it’s paired to any other app aside from Zwift, make sure those apps are terminated or deleted (if only for testing) so you can be certain that it’s not being hijacked by anything else.

Sounds like a good idea. Thanks. TrainerRoad actually does most of their support via forums. I guess I figured Zwift would be the same.

Hi Tom,

Does your Wahoo power, cadence and speed data reflect in the Wahoo app?

I have the same issue with Zwift but its not reflecting in Wahoo either. So wondering if your issue is the same.

I think I’ve “solved” this. It happens to me periodically now and if I unplug and replug the Kickr Core, it seems to fix it.
