Shuji at Zwift HQ. Looking at your server logs, I’m seeing you log in from a Windows 11 machine. Please view your Windows Update history and check if the September 26 2024 update was installed. That patch broke Bluetooth on some Win11 machines.
There’s also a couple of items to check for with your KICKR Core, like resetting the unit by unplugging it from power for 30+ seconds. Some useful articles on the Wahoo support site here.
Hey @Edward_Merrett - Nate at Zwift HQ here. I took a look through your logs on the server side and I’m not seeing anything obviously wrong. We have some enhanced logging that sometimes helps in situations like this. I’ve turned it on for your account. If you get a chance, can you please try things again and let us know.
Also, want to re-emphasize what Shuji mentioned about the Wahoo support site. Unplugging from power completely for 30+ seconds and then trying again also has been successful in the past.
I’m checking up on you. Looks like you rode yesterday and it appears power and cadence were both working as expected? Did the trainer reset help? Please let us know if you’re good now?
Have Zwift on my iPhone, and on an Apple TV…
It works on the iPhone, but not on the Apple TV, where I am running version 1.76.0 on an A1842 with tvOS 18.0. When I do the bluetooth pairing then power source, resistance, and cadence are all referencing the Kickr Core I have, yet when I pedal there are no watts, nor are there rpm…
