Zwift doesn't start since latest update

Hi, since the update last week zwift won’t start for me. I can start the launcher, but then the zwift application won’t start but just crashes.

Anyone have similar problems? Any usual ways of working?

What system are you running Zwift on, and what are its specs?

I’m running at a PC, a NUC so it’s somewhat limited GFX.

Intel(R) Core™ i7-7567U CPU @ 3.50GHz 3.50 GHz

Hi @Jonathan_Flod_1536

Welcome to the forums! I’m Haziel, part of the Zwift Support team.

I took a look at your logs and noticed that your Zwift Launcher is currently on version 1.1.12, which is a bit outdated. I understand your concern and I recommend following the steps in this article on Resetting the Zwift Launcher; it should help resolve the issue.

If you continue to experience difficulties, don’t hesitate to reach out. We are here to help!

If the launcher update doesn’t resolve it, you should also check if you’re using the latest video driver for the Intel 7th gen integrated graphics (version 31.0.101.2134 as of today)

Thank you. Tried clearing the cache without any success. Will try the drivers as well.

I’ve cleared the cash restarted the PC many times reinstalled Zwift on a perfectly good Windows PC but nothing will allow it to load since the update therefore unfortunately I’ll have to now flip the training peaks virtual… not a good day for Zwift when updates are creating these problems…

I ended up re-installing Zwift and it worked perfectly for me. Seems it didn’t work for everyone. But it light be different problems of course.
