I did a cycle this morning and the power tripped and the AppleTV restarted when I went back into Zwift and saved the cycle it did not upload to TrainingPeaks or Garmin. Is there a way to force it to upload? I can see the cycle under my activities.

I have no idea about TrainingPeaks but Garmin and other 3rd parties require a compliant fit file. More often than not, an anomaly such as a power trip will produce a non-compliant fit file.
fitfiletools.com can often fix these for uploading to Garmin (and Strava etc) but I have experience about if/how TrainingPeaks have similar manual upload capability.
