Ride with Apple TV, uploaded to Strava & Garmin, not Zwift

To day I did a workout ride and, at the end of the ride, the activity uploaded to Strava & Garmin … but doesn’t show up on Zwift.

Kind of the reverse of what normally happens.

Anyone know if it’s possible to upload a ride to Zwift if I download it from Strava?

We’re sorry to say we can’t upload .fit files to members accounts.

This usually only arises due to a connectivity issue with your internet, if you want to submit a support ticket we can diagnose what caused this to take place. :grinning:
