Every time run the game I am able to login no problem get in then after about 1-2 minutes of riding the app will crash. I have tried to fix it by updating my mac, 13.7.2, uninstalling the app and reinstalling. Nothing is working. What else can I try?
I am having the same problem. I have Win 11, 64 GB Ram, Core i7 and Nvidia card. Been talking to the help desk but no luck. Crashes right around 48-50 minutes. Over and over.

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I peeked at your server logs and noticed you have not updated to game version 1.81.2 yet. This patches an issue that causes freezes/crashes. That version is available to everyone as of 4 hours ago (after you wrote in). Please update and let us know if that solves it.

I noticed your PC had updated to version 1.81.2 today, and you were able to complete a 67 minute ride on Sand and Sequoias. If you were able to finish the ride - I trust this resolved your crashing issues?

Thanks for the report about your Macbook 14. We’re planning on a releasing a patch early next week that should address similar symptoms on macOS. We appreciate your patience.
@shuji Thank you. I updated I’ll try tomorrow morning and let you know. Tonight I will try it on Just Watch mode and see how it does. I never use that mode so not sure if it ever crashes in Just Watch Mode.
Update to my update. I just read online that the latest update is 137932. This isn’t it. Ugh, I tried running as admin and using the UPDATE NOW but to no avail.
I reinstalled zwift this morning, let it update, and it crashed at 30 minutes. I think this is the end of the zwift road for me. I am going to ask for a a refund of my pro rata annual balance. I’ve been using zwift since the very early days. I’ve promoted it on LinkedIn and told friends about for years. What a shame.

Just now riding the Tour de Zwift stage 1 the program completely crashed. It shut down and went to the main windows computer screen. It did not save any of my data. I was 20 miles in to it too. Earlier in the ride I had a few cases of riders disappearing and one case of me riding and not going anywhere. First time for this to happen to me in over 5 years of Zwifting.

When the phased release on macOS is available to you, please update to game version 1.81.2, and let us know if that helps (or not). Thanks in advance.
The game still crashes and now my entire computer is crashing not just the app. I updated to 1.83
