Windows BSOD crash

Hi Shuji, since last week I get blue screen errors after some minutes. After restar I can ride about 45 minutes and some connection problems show up and finally the blue screen shows up. I use an ASUS Vivobook, Intel i5, 10th gen combined with Wahoo Kickr Move. Have Zwift had an update that might have provoked these errors. Very annoying and not sure what to do. I also uninstalled and installed Zwift again and updated Windows. All started last week and I did not change anything. Can you help?

HI @Carsten_Biller

I looked into your server log history and it appears you are running Zwift on two different PC’s is that correct? Does it happen with both PCs?

Windows Blue Screen of Death can happen for a lot of reasons that have nothing to do with Zwift. When BSODs happen, they usually throw a “stop code” that you can google to find out where Windows decided to shut down.

Hi

I only run it on one labtop, on the other I installed zwift today in order to to test this weekend.

Today after having updated windows and asus it seems the problem is solved, at least in todays workout about 50min no blue screen anymore. Tomorrow or Sunday I will do some more riding and see.

The blue screen is flashing up only a couple of seconds and I sit on he bike - no chance to read the stop code.

Thanks for coming back so quickly and keep the fingers crossed.

All the best
