Blue screen error

Hello guys

I get blue screen often thesedays on zwift

Zwift works till 10m 7s and blue screen shows up

I reinstalled zwift and windows but still have the same problem

Any suggestion for this pb?



I would try turning off video screenshots if you have that on, for starters.

Looks like this model has an 8th gen CPU so I don’t think it gets video screenshots.

It uses Intel UHD integrated graphics so downloading the video driver directly from the Intel website would be something easy to try.

I would also investigate the possibility of overheating or bad memory. If it has two 8GB DIMMs installed it could be tested by removing one and then the other to see if there’s any change in behavior, or use a memory stress-testing utility.

Hello @Yo-sub_Lee8915 ! Welcome to the forums. I’m sorry to see that you’re having this experience on your PC. I took a look at your recent logs and it looks like this is most likely a driver-based crash, confirming @Paul_Southworth 's hypothesis.

Your GPU is using a driver version that is pretty out of date, so I also recommend updating that driver directly from Intel. This link should take you directly to the latest driver for your GPU, but you can also feel free to use Intel’s Driver Support Assistant.

If you still have problems in Zwift after updating to the latest driver version, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us in Community Support!

I tried to chat zwift bot with my pbs. But not easy haha
Could u help me what I can do for this pb except for updating graphic driver?
