Zwift crashed while saving

Hello all - new to Zwift here (and love it)…

When saving my ride yesterday, the app froze up (on a PC platform).  I waited for a while (10 minutes), hoping it would come back, but it didn’t - and I closed the app.  I see that my ride was not captured in Zwift.

Is there anything I can do to retrieve this?  I just linked my account to Strava before this ride - could that have been a factor?

Another this to do is to create a support ticket and send your log files to Zwift Support for assistance.
