When I crossed the finish, when it was trying to display the banner, the app crashed. Upon launching it again, it rendered me off the side of the road in a bush and I had to ride back to the road. On saving my activity it did not register any of the stage achievements. Can you give me credit for this ride. You can see the details in my last activity.

Ditto. Crossed banner, got the completion message, crashed on save, resumed flying through a bush, reset to the standard orange jersey from my usual kit on restart and just saved as a watopia ride. Did get the completion email but hasn’t ticked off #7 in the app. Apple TV 4K, first time it’s ever crashed Zwift.
Side note - the bush made the crash feel real and very dramatic. Nice touch on recovery.
I had mostly the same issue on the stage 7 today. I’v finished and saved the run but it does not appear in the first hour in my activities. Now it does appear but does not have the details of the run and give me a error message. It this issue will be fix? Cheers
Same here. I emailed Zwift about it but I haven’t been credited the stage ride, jungle circuit badge or new FTP threshold score. Same thing happened to me at the end of the GTCC group ride last night
This happened to me as well. Crossed the finished line of TDZ 7: Standard Ride. Got the banner. Tried to save event via iOS Companion, but the app became unresponsive and I couldn’t click but Orange save button. I then tried to save via the tvOS app itself, but that crashed when I hit save. I remembered that the tvOS app will remember an unsaved activity, so I immediately loaded it again. The Zwift tvOS app detected an unsaved activity, and so I resumed it. It put me on the course after the finish line, and I immediately tried to end my ride. It had the distance and time correct, and seemingly completed the save correctly. But I only see a Watopia ride in my activities, not a TDZ Stage 7 ride. I did receive the TDZ Stage 7 email, however.
How do I get this activity classified correctly?

You’ll need to email Zwift directly. They’ll credit the route & event in a few days if you saved successfully.
Where did you email? Support@zwift.com says it’s no longer monitored and the email button o. The website redirects to chat which is useless.
You can try scrolling to the bottom of the page at support dot zwift dot com and click the Contact Us button to send an email. It also allows you to upload a file (e.g., a .fit file) with your message.
Put your problem into the chat. It will then suggest some articles. Say those don’t help and you need more help and you’ll eventually get to a form that lets you email them.

Same here, Zwift App on ATV 4k just collapses and resumed activities are normal rides.
Funnily, I got Stage 7 saved no problem after a reinstall and full restart of AppleTV, but now Stage 8 didn’t save again.
It also happened with a group ride before reinstalling. Not nice.
