Zwift Cog Kickr V6?

Does the Zwift Cog work on a Kickr V6?

Only if you’re willing to pick up some tools and work on it.
The Zwift Cog is a preassembled combination of a cog, two plastic pieces and a freehub body. The freehub body is not compatible with the Kickr. But you could disassemble the Zwift Cog and install the pieces on any Shimano HG compatible freehub body, including the one on the Kickr if you didn’t install/choose a different freehub.
GPlama shows this in one of his reviews.

Thanks for the comment.
Yes, no problem to install it that way. But will virtual shifting work? Like Zwift play?
According to Zwift the Zwift Play is not compitable with Kickr V6?

No, not yet.

Requires a firmware update for the Kickr by Wahoo. Just as they did for the Kickr Core recently. My speculation is that we’re going to see the update in the coming weeks. But nothing has officially been announced.

Thanks! Hope the firmware comes soon

I’m sure they said somewhere in here that it’s coming later this year.

Well, that qualifies as soon, right? Been published yesterday. I’ll wait a bit longer for the update for the Kickr v5
