Trouble connecting Zwift Ride Control

I just received my new Zwift Bike today and off course desperately wanted to do a test ride. I already have a Wahoo KICKR v4 and I thought it would work smoothly.
The cog is added the KICKR and the blue light on the steering is pulsing.
In Zwift the Zwift Ride Control appears but I’m not able to click the box!

Dont’ know if the issue of failing connection is because I use my laptop for riding with Windows?

Could someone help me ?

Sorry but the Kickr v4 is not compatible with virtual shifting, so you won’t be able to use it with the Cog. That’s why the Play controllers won’t connect.

I need to buy a new Wahoo KICKR when. Is v6 compatible ?

Yes, Kickr V6 and Kickr Move (along with Kickr Core) are compatible with virtual shifting.
