Zwift Cog does not appear in Zwift bluetooth „Steuerung“

Hi, I am unable to connect my new Zwift Cog via bluetooth to my Zwift app. No matter if I am using an appleTV or an iPad.

Zwift Cog is connected to Zwift companion App and updated on newest firmware level. I am using a Wahoo Kickr (Smart) B64F 140.

Help needed.

Which model of Kickr do you have and what is the firmware version?

Only the Kickr Core, Kickr V6, and Kickr MOVE support virtual shifting. All the others do not.

Hi @Dirk_Reinhard1, welcome to the forums!
I’m Fernanda, from Zwift.

Apologize for the delayed response, I want to put my two cents on this issue, and let you know that after checking the system I can see in your last logs that you are using a Wahoo KICKR v5, in this case, the Zwift Click is not going to be pair in-game (even thought is paired via the Companion app) because the trainer does not support Zwift virtual shifting.

I hope this doesn’t affect your enthusiasm, and that you continue to enjoy indoor rides!
