Hello,
I recently bought zwift cog & zwift click.
I can’t pair the zwift click in the windows app.
The windows app is up to date. I aslo updated the zwift clik firmware with the companion app.
I see and can add zwift play controler for exemple but impossible to see the zwift click in the control panel to add it in the windows app for pairing.
I tried many times to power on power off the zwift click but never see the zwift click.
Any idea ?
Did you try with Zwift app on the phone ?
Maybe zwift click is working by this way…
Hey I was having same issues , the click kept powering off and losing connection as soon as I let go of the buttons. I changed the battery and same thing happened , so what I did was tuck a piece of thick paper behind the + side of battery and that bit of extra pressure makes it work all the time now , no matter how much I tightened the screws without it it was like the battery wasn’t connecting properly inside .
