Zwift Click not recognized by Trainers without virtual shifting

Hello friends and welcome to Zwift forums! In order for the Click to appear in the Zwift pairing screen, a Zwift-Ready trainer must first be paired to Zwift to at least Power and Resistance (and not over ANT+).

@GixxerScott, it looks like you are on a JetBlack Volt trainer. Currently, the Volt does not support virtual shifting, so your Click will not be able to pair to Zwift at this time.

@Eddie_Jay, it looks like you’re on a Wahoo Kickr V5, which I’m afraid is not capable of virtual shifting at this time.

@Fares_Agua I can see that you were recently able to get your Click to start appearing and pairing after updating your Kickr V6’s firmware to the latest version. Up until version 5.2.15, the Kickr V6 was not compatible with virtual shifting.
