Connecting Zwift Hub and Click to Wahoo Kicr Core

Hello, I am having issues connecting the Zwift click with my setup. Any help appreciated.

My setup:
-Wahoo Kickr Core 0A17
-Apple TV
-Zwift Hub
-Zwift click

I was able to install the hub just fine and everything seems to work there but I can’t connect the Zwift Click. I used the companion app to initially connect to the Click and update the firmware. That worked fine. But when I go into Zwift on the Apple TV nothing shows available under controls. I have the Click on and the blue light is blinking.

Any tips?

Could it be an issue with the limit of simultaneous bluetooth connections on Apple TV?

Shouldn’t be but I would try pairing via the Companion app anyway just to see if it works any better

Hi @Matt_L3 welcome to the Forums! Based on your description, it sounds like your Click is still paired to Zwift Companion after doing the firmware update, and therefore can’t connect to your Apple TV. If you force close Zwift Companion, you should be able to pair your Click just fine from there.

Thank you for reply. Zwift sent me a new click and I have the same problem. I have tried closing the companion app and even not having the phone powered on at all, and it still doesn’t show as an available device to pair even while blue light blinking

Hello,
I’m using Zwift with an HP Elitebook PC running Windows 11 and I’m having exactly the same problem with my BT click.

I’m going to try adding a BT dongle in addition to the native chip to the PC to see if that solves the problem.

In my tests I disabled BT on my phone to make sure Zwift companion wasn’t using Click.

I use the TP-Link UB400 adapter on a 6 foot extension cable with the dongle positioned behind the front wheel. No dropouts/disconnects ever, using Play controllers.
