Zwift Click no longer stays connected even w/ new battery?

I’ve been using Cog + Click for more than a year, but after the battery died and I replaced it, it no longer maintains a connection. Doesn’t matter if I use Companion or Bluetooth connections, same behavior. I can sometimes get it to connect briefly, but it drops the connection after a 1 or 2 seconds. New battery tested at 100%. Any ideas? Is there any hope for this thing or is it trash and I should just go back to a derailleur?

Loose battery, perhaps?

Thanks Steve! I cranked down on the screws and seems to be working. I guess the battery doesn’t maintain connection unless the back is as tight as possible.

In the previous generation Click, there were reports that stuffing something under the battery door like a bit of paper would help it maintain contact with the terminals.
