My Zwift click is showing connection issues since some days, when pressing buttons, it switch on, connect and then loose connection few seconds after. LEDs become off. Same situation on Zwift app (Zwift Hub system) and companion. I’ve changed the battery, no difference. I’ve check the firmware, last version installed. Reboot all apps and devices, same story.
So unable to use the click, only ERG mode… Any idea?

I’m sorry your Zwift Click is not working as expected, but don’t worry! I see you’ve already reached out to Zwift Support via email.
In the meantime, I was checking your account and I see many Bluetooth disconnections on your Zwift Click which could be causing the problem, please follow the steps in this article and we hope they can help you solve it.
If not resolved, let’s continue that email conversation so we can help you get this figured out.

Indeed yes many Bluetooth disconnections as the zwift click is not reliable. It starts and shuts down suddenly after few seconds. I have to click again, etc. Now, the click is even not switching-on properly. Absolutely not stable.
I suppose a hardware problem there as the battery is brand new and I went trough all the steps for Bluetooth connectivity before writing.

This makes me think you’re probably having problems with the physical connection to the battery terminals. Sometimes that can be helped by slightly bending the terminals in the shifter to get better contact with the battery, or sticking some paper under the battery cover. In any case you should probably contact support to talk about a warranty replacement.
Thanks Paul, will try the trick, sounds like a hardware issue. I already escalated to zwift support.
