Does anyone know how to actually fix the issue with the click dropping bluetooth connect constantly? I’ve tried everything the internet has to offer but no joy. I’m new to Zwift and only now realising they do not have a customer service team to contact.
Hi, @Brian_Foley1 , welcome to Forums! I’m Francisco from Zwift Support.
I’m sorry to hear about the persistent connectivity issues you’re having between your Zwift Click in-game.
I reviewed your account and confirmed that both your game version and firmware version are up to date. However, I noticed several disconnections linked to the Zwift Click, which may be caused by interference between your devices. Check the steps outlined in the BLE and ANT+ Interference Troubleshooting Tips article.
Can you confirm if this issue happens on another device? You can test that as well. In the meantime, check the game settings and ensure virtual shifting is on.
This is happening to more of us, and is something that just appearead. My click has been working fine but now constantly looses connection, to the point that I can not use it
Thanks for keeping us posted!
You can contact us by email so, we can find a solution from there, please share your original order number when do so: support@zwift.com.
Hi Francisco, the issue is the click, I know you need to put a positive spin on things in your replies but it’s an issue that lots of people are reporting and we all have dozens of bluetooth devices in our houses - none of which ever encounter connectivity issues. Not sure how Zwift have managed to mess this up - it seems ultra basic to get bluetooth working - but, however they did it would make more sense to just fix it instead of gaslighting everyone that reports it.
