Zwift Click Zwift Click does not stay connected

Hi Guys,

My Zwift Click does not stay connected.
The Click connects without any problems, is also displayed correctly in the Zwift app, but then immediately loses the connection again after a + or - input. Changing the battery has not helped. Before connecting, the LED flashes once in all three colors before the blue LED flashes for the connection. Firmware is up to date.

Possibly pressing the buttons on the Click is bending it enough to lose the battery connection. I seem to remember some other posts on this.

Thank you for your Answer, but i dont think that this is the case, because the blue LED lights up continuously, but switch from shin to blink. The bluetooth signal is the problem, it breaks off for a few ms and the connection is lost as a result. The Click is now 11 months old, but I can’t find a way to complain to Zwift. The chat bot really doesn’t help.
