My new click is working Well - a lot more fun now :muscle:

Hi Shuji!!! Help pleaseā€¦I hope you are well! I recently bought a Zwift Hub - excited to use the Zwift click feature. Iā€™ve now tried the original Zwift click and had a replacement sent to me and neither will shift. I have updated the ZwifT App, updated the firmware on the Click, updated Zwift (today) and nothing. When in a workout and out of ERG mode I see ā€œGear 12ā€ but when I click to change gears nothing happens. When in Watopia I see no gear indication at all on my screen and clicking the buttons does nothing :frowning: Iā€™m running all on my iPhone 13 pro - iOS 17.2.1

THANK YOU for any help!

Hello all:
Exactly same situation here, New Zwift Hub and click, failing from the first day, and failure rate increasing and annoying. It seems this is a relatively common failure in the electronics of the Click, does not seem software related. Waiting for a solution from Zwift.

Hello Charly,
I opened a ticket with Zwift and described the problem. I then received a reply with possible solutions. I tested these - but to no avail. I then requested and received a new zwift Click. This solved the problem and I have had no more problems since then.

Hi, zwift Shift even with all instructions considered wont work. I am Not get IT to run. No Option to Shift virtual Gears. Best Bernd

Have you turned on Virtual Shifting in the Zwift settings? And youā€™re using Bluetooth for everything?

Hey, I am using Bluetooth and settings do not offer this option, unfortunately.

It actually worked for one ride when I used Zwift Hub first time last week.

Little Update. All fine on the Mobile Zwift App on my Android. The problem is in the Windows Desktop Zwift App where I have no Virtual Shifting Option in the settings. Installed Version is 1.0.127000 / 1.60.0 (127000). Appears to be the most current one, right?

You have it (Click and trainer) paired via Bluetooth and the Resistance tile on the pairing screen is blue, right?

Yep. Exactly as you describe.
The paired Zwift Click device is named Zwift Click BEAD and next to it there is a Bluetooth icon.

Wish I could add a screenshot but seems to exceed allowed post size.

@Bernd_Hessbrugge Did you manage to sort this out?

I received my play controllers today and tried to get virtual shifting working and I also donā€™t have the virtual shifting option in my Settings>Preferences menu. The setting IS available on my Zwift iPad app though.

Is your trainer paired via Bluetooth? That is required. The iPad only does Bluetooth so it wouldnā€™t be an issue there.

There is a lot to check. I suggest to exclude all known obvious causes mentioned by Zwift support and forum.
In my case, I did check all the known causes but didnt succeed until I installed Zwift on another Windows computer where I have admin rightsā€¦

Duplicate post

I bought the Click and am trying to get it to connect. I have been searching forums and YT vids for an hour now. Here is everything Iā€™ve done so far
1 - updated all my zwift apps and companion apps, This includes phone, ipad and apple tv. All up to date
2 - ensured my companion app on phone connected to and updated the clicker
3 - I go to my appletv and load up zwift. I click on pair through phone, nothing
4 - I turn tv off and use ipad to run zwift. Same result says no device connected
5 - I run zwift through phone and companion through ipad and vice versaā€¦all nothing All the time the clicker in on and companion app says it is connected to it. Yet, when I go through devices, it shows nothing
Please help!

I did. I finally got it to connect between my ipad and iphone and vice versa but I canā€™t get my apple tv to recognize or connect to my phone.
