I had same issue while using Samsung A40 (no issue with iPad Air before). I solved it like this
- first, i did the last firmware update (i don’t know if it is part of the cure but anyway i did it).
- I registered the Magene as Power Source with Bluetooth (not Ant).
- Then i clicked on “Controllable”, and it was there.
the conclusion is that Controllable is only available and discoverable in Bluetooth not Ant
Hey friends. I need to choose between a Elite Suito and a Magene T300. Any comments on the T300 for zwifting etc
- Power accuracy as I also have a quarq on the bike
- The ride feel and response etc
Thanx

Is it working okay still ?
Lo siento pero el Trainer no tiene soporte para cadencia, te toca que uses un sensor externo, puedes usar el S3 de magene.
I’ve faced some zero power at some moments with Magene t300, and when you’re racing its really anoying, looking some videos on YouTube it’s not 2% percent precision at least now, maybe with a new firmware update they could some problems.
Talking about the Elite Suite, its cheaper and the only differences it’s the max slope and max watts.
Not having an issue with controlling on this side. I think it’s a really good trainer and built very well. My main issue is that it is not accurate as a power meter. I wrote to Magene and no reply from them. I am actually on my 3rd trainer now. This one is the better of the lot as the local dealer swapped it for me… it is still not accurate and I am finding the same issues GPLama found in his review.
