same issue
2012 Mac Mini Catalina 10.15.7
followed support article solutioninprivacy settings, no result
removed and reloaded all zwift folders and applications, no different result
sent logs and error report to Zwift, still waiting
The one thing not mentioned in earlier posts to this thread is that the the first Zwift launcher window opens as soon as I log in, and it is not in my startup folder or has been clicked on. Once i hit lets go, the whole thing disappears
I have the same issue, I have restored my macbook by holding cmd and R during restart, and not updating once itâs all reloaded, this has worked for now, not sure how long it will work for but at least got me back on Zwift!
I started having this problem too after updating to OS 10.15.7 on my Early 2013 MacBook Pro 13".
Hoping that adding to this thread will help find a solution.
In order to avoid more frustration, I just went out and bought a Samsung Galaxy A7 tablet. I know getting a new device is not in the cards for everyone, but for the cost, it works great and I no longer waste time trying to get my Mac up and running or resorting to using my cell phone app. Which stinks for Zwift.
Iâve always thought a tablet would be an elegant way of using Zwift but unfortunately all of my sensors and HRM are ANT+ only so I use the Garmin ANT USB dongle on my MacBook Pro. Iâve got a year old iPad but there doesnât appear to be any way to connect it to my old Garmin sensors.
There are gizmos such as CABLE that interface between ANT+ and BT. My wife used it for a while, itâs pretty good, but another point of failure and something else to set up.
When you email the Zwift support team directly, they stated the problem has been fixed! Clearing the cache does not correct the issue. It would be nice if Zwift shared some type of update to thread.
