I was done after 46 min tuesday when i did my test.

Did my Baseline Tue evening and got my mail Thu morning.
It was all blank for me as well.
I got PB’s for 2min, 30s, 15s and 5s so I’m curious about my type :slight_smile:

I was part of the guinea pig banding first baseline fail on Monday, I received a second email giving my W/Kg numbers for the three segments and a phenotype yesterday.

Zwift say I’m a TTer, not sure how that conclusion can be reached from a banded Volcano KOM that took just under 11mins.
https://intervals.icu/ says I’m a puncheur and I agree with them, my relative strength is 5-10min efforts, my 10-20min efforts are way down on what they were earlier this year by ~0.5W/Kg.

I also did baseline tuesday evening and got the blank email this morning thurs. No data or type…

I did my baseline yesterday (Wednesday) at 7am CAT (UTC +2:00) and received an email with blanks. What’s going on Zwift? :sob:

Compared to last year this event is better and has taken into account many of the comments from last year. This year is still a complete disaster from a customer engagement perspective. It’s been 3 years that this event has been conducted and it should be dialed in by now. The comments are telling. Every year we, the customers, are promised and want to see how we, as riders, advance in our performance during this event. It’s one of the main tenets of the event. We like to see our performance stats, that is one of the reasons why we are on Zwift and have expensive power meters, trainers and accessories to do so. When the basic concept of the event fails to provide the basic result of a proper baseline it is a complete failure and undermines customer confidence in the event and product. Asking the customer to invest an additional hour to repeat the event is incredulous. We are not trying for a pro contract and that makes the time and effort investment even more important for us. It is suppose to be fun and the results/stats are part of the fun. We all carve out time from our busy schedules to complete the event and attend events to optimize our performance. Zwift should not disregard that time and effort investment from its customer base as this disengagement of customers is costly.

Its an absolute joke - I did the ride after they had “fixed” the issue and yet received a BLANK email last night !!!

Did the baseline ride yesterday. Got the email a couple of hours ago (24hrs later). All blanks!
Thought they had fixed this!

It’s the 7th edition of Zwift Academy. :neutral_face: Admittedly I’m unsure if it’s always taken the same format but yeah, it’s kinda pants that their flagship event continues to be plagued with issues.

I got the bang but the ride seemed fine. There was no banding, anyhow.

Rubber banding made my segment times much slower than they should have been, but on the plus side, my efforts for each segment time were the best I’ve done in the last six weeks.

It finally showed up…blank. Glad they held those emails until they worked out the problems. :roll_eyes:

I have received an email with no data. :pensive:

Rode yesterday the baseline, on my child account, but zwift did not recognize it as finished,
So today I( dad) rode it on my behalf, only the three stages my son cycled
Of course my wattage is different from his, now there is orange triangle next to his name and you can’t see w/kg anymore.
How can we restore it??

Got my blank email ~29hrs after completing the ride. First time doing ZA & so far, not impressed.
