Why do I need to restart the computer to connect trainer?

I don’t know if this is a Zwift related problem or something to do with my trainer or computer but the problem is every once in a while I need to restart my computer before Zwift can detect my trainer. It is not an every time without fail thing. It happens once in a while. I normally never shut down my computer and it is left on sleep mode.
I am on an iMac with OS High Sierra and my trainer is an Elite Qubo Digital Smart whatever (it might not necessarily be in that order but you get the idea :slight_smile: )
Any help will be highly appreciated.

Are you closing Zwift after each ride? If not, you should. If you are using the Companion app, you should also force quit it after each ride.

If the above is not the source of your problem, then instead of restarting your computer, perhaps try restarting Bluetooth.
