I am new to Zwfit so hopefully i am doing something wrong. I am trying to connect my Wahoo Kikr to my Mac computer or my Windows computer. On the windows computer zwift keeps telling me my bluetoof is off when it is not.
On the Mac it just searches and searches and can never mind my trainer. I have no problem connecting the devices to my iPhone though. I just don’t want to use the app on that tiny screen. Any advice would be super helpful! Thanks
You cannot directly connect a trainer to a PC using Bluetooth. You would either need to use the Zwift Companion App to bright the signal or an ANT+ dongle with a USB extension.
As for the Mac, make sure that the trainer is not connected to any other device or app (including your phone or Mac) before opening Zwift, Bluetooth can only make one connection at a time.
Thank you. The trainer is deff. not connected to any other device. At that time i had not even downloaded the app to the phone.
