White screen

I have a white screen when I log on. Of course I see w him items and I cant cycle inside. I had geek squad update drivers. He thinks app server is problem. Please help me peeps. I have 20 emails with 2 responding.
Help.

I don’t believe it’s a server issue, more likely an IE issue (scroll to near the bottom for the suggested resolution to the issue): Zwift launcher stopped working since update (app is not launched - white blank window)

I would recommend contacting Zwift support or posting issues here on the forums before going to Geek Squad since for the most part they are unfamiliar with the program.
