My partner app only displays partial information and I suspect that it maybe a firewall config. the KB only states “enterprise-strength firewall on either your computer or phone, it can also prevent you from connecting, so we recommend making exceptions for Zwift as appropriate.”
Not terribly helpful without knowing which ports to open. Any ideas which port?
