Wattbike and Zwift

on Zwift, starting a ride and no speed, mileage, altitude ft, total time and watt, the only thing that work is cadence…I’ve deleted both Zwift and Wattbike and reloaded both, used both ways to power and neither changed anything…tried Wattbike mode and no change…any suggestions or similar issues?

I’m having significant issues with Zwift and Wattbike NG. Started after the last major zwift update, not the couple of small ones pushed over the last few days.

I have not done anything differently. Connect WB via Bluetooth. ERG no longer works, the resistance doesn’t change. Now in free ride there is no resistance on inclines/declines.

Connecting via companion makes no difference.

Connect all via ANT+ everything works as it should but no gears when free riding, which is a pain when racing especially.

I’ve swapped WB back to the stable firmware, back to beta, tried all sorts of connection processes but nothing works.

ERG works fine in the WB hub so satisfied its not at a WB issue although happy to be corrected.

Thanks for your response Tom…

Agree, this seems to be a Z problem, the only problem w/ WB, which may be only my WB, is that as I start pedaling
it’s fine, but within approx 30 sec it’s impossible to turn. This has only been less than a week, but Zwift is a bigger concern
b/c if you look back to 2018 had similar issue(s)
With Z use BLE to connect when using WB, no problem until hit start to ride and nothing happens, except cadence and HR,
neither Z, no speed, total time, current Watt, mileage, time countdown, so basically everything (in top middle box)
I asked a friend and he said he uses both Zwift and FUL GAZ, and likes the latter better.
I’m going to try FUL GAZ, it has a true free 14-day trial, no cc needed.

I also have that issue…start pedalling and then then resistance just keeps increasing almost as if its going up through the gears.

With ANT+ everything seems to be working fine.

I thought it might be something to do with having my WB connected to my Fenix but I’ve disconnected that and it’s made no difference.
