In Watopia, after 8 minutes a rode all alone. Otters had the same issue. After a few minutes others were visable again. Then, after 14,1 km Zwift just quit. Had to start up again and resume my ride.
Got it on my ipad with latest updates. Riding Wahoo Kickr snap.
“all alone” is a sure sign of connectivity issue.
Try having you local log files analyzed:

If someone has a pointer for Robert on how to send iPad files to Zwiftalizer, that might be useful.
Log files, not fit files.
