Hi. Just bought zwift play specifically for virtual shifting it works but no shifting available. Found out it doesn’t support v5 kickr. Any plans to support virtual shifting on v5 in the near future? Thanks!

I know there is a beta for a v5 kicking about that I have heard about from people - which is good news

I hope it comes out soon, we have been waiting for quite some time now for something that sounds like a lot of copy pasta. I guess business gets in the way and not the technical requirements.

:-1: old kickr core that has been around for ages: no problem. Recent kickr v5 which has the same/equal chipset: no can do. Smells like a scam to up the sales on new models!

Doesn’t sound like a scam to me. The V5 firmware has a different feature set from the Core, so it’s plausible that the Core firmware will fit while the V5 firmware will not, when virtual shifting is added.
