Wahoo Kickr Core from Zwift shop didn't arrive

Wahoo Kickr Core from Zwift shop didn’t arrive and I bought it with a mat. The mat arrived. I need to talk someone from support but there is no support at all here in zwift? Please help me someone.

If you keep telling the bot that its suggestions don’t help then you should eventually get to a form to let you contact support.

I have the same issue now one year later also so it seems to be a problem :frowning:

Seems to be nobody cares once you already bought the product.

Same for me. I ordered the Kickr Core Zwift One + Zwift Play as soon as it was available – received the Play quickly but no sign of the Kickr. Why would they claim it’s back in stock when it clearly isn’t?
