I recently received my Zwift Ride order in two separate packages. However, I noticed that the Kickr Core, which is part of my order, has not been shipped yet. Has anyone also had such experiences with shipping?

Same here. I received the email claiming it was back in stock and ordered immediately, but so far no sign of it.
I feel the same way. I ordered as soon as it was back in stock, and while I’ve received the Play Controller, the rest is still missing. Yet, they’ve already sent me the Klarna invoice. That’s pretty frustrating. If an item isn’t in stock, it really shouldn’t be listed online. And charging €40 for shipping when the delivery is this slow just doesn’t feel right. I’m honestly quite disappointed.
Hi, did this get resolved? Im currently having the same issue and they keep telling me they are looking into it.. no word of it being out of stock! Im really annoyed as i spend nearly a grand and a half with them and i cannot use anything they delieverd as the kicker core hasnt arrived. Im getting slighty worried its just not going to come and I’ll lose my money!
