Wahoo Kickr Core - Delivery Problems DPD

Hello, one part of my order didn’t arrive since DPD somehow had Problems with my address, which magically Fedex hadn’t for the same order. I ordered the bundle and now I wonder what will happen with the things I already received and if it is possible to resend the kickr but not with DPD, since I am concerned they will mess up again. What about my paid shipping costs as well?

Hi @Paul_Engelmann, you will need to contact support, they won’t handle these types of questions on a public forum. If you haven’t already, email support@zwift.com and wait patiently for a response. Do not send follow up emails, as that will push you to the back of the line.
