Looking for some advice/suggestions…
I purchased the Zwift Ride and last Wednesday I received the Kickr Core and the Play Handlebar packages but not the Smart Frame.
FedEx appears to have lost the package and the Case I opened with them is going nowhere.
Zwift Support email was responsive at first when the package was just late but now that it is missing in action I have received no updates from there as to next steps.
Not sure what to do now…do I just keep waiting and hope that someone will fix this? Do I send more emails asking for help? Any suggestions?

Shuji at Zwift HQ here. I checked the conversation you had with our Support colleagues, and Alys responded to you 30 minutes ago. Please check your inbox, as the frame shipment is on its way.
We do not handle inquires where your money is concerned (i.e. Zwift Shop and subscription matters) on this public forum. Please resume questions via email so your private information stays private.
