I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue recently.
I ordered the Zwift Ride bundle with the Wahoo Kickr Core, and it was shipped via FedEx.
So far, I have only received the Kickr Core and the handlebars, but the Zwift Ride frame itself has not arrived.
The FedEx tracking for the missing package has been showing “Label Created” for quite a while, with no updates or scans indicating that it’s been handed over to FedEx.
Zwift’s system still shows it as pending shipment.
I’ve already contacted Zwift Support, but I haven’t received a resolution yet.
It looks like several people on Reddit and other forums have had the same problem — only part of the bundle is shipped or scanned in, while the frame is delayed or missing entirely.
Has anyone else in here had this happen in the past few weeks?
And if so, how long did it take before the missing Zwift Ride frame was actually shipped or scanned by FedEx?

I’m in the same boat, or worst even, all my 3 packages are stuck on “label created” and i have received nothing.
For two of three packages it‘s same. The label was created on 5th October, since then Fedex is waiting for taking over the packages. I‘ve contacted the support, but I didn’t get any response…..

I have exactly this problem for me too.
I receving my zwift ride but i not have kick core and handlebars. The label was created on 4 october and since none update.
I sent mail has Support Zwift, i wait answer…
Ebenso, Wahoo Kickr core und Lenker sind da, Rahmen noch nicht mal im Versand. Bestellung am 04.10. 
Same here with the handlebar, Label created on Fedex, and still nothing new….
I have exactly the same problem @Mikkel_Olander_DBR, order completed on 4 october and today the wahoo kickr core still pending in “Label Created” status on Fedex. I tried to write an e-mail to the Zwift support but I received only general responses such as “Don’t worry the Wahoo Kickr core will be shipped soon” but it’s been 5 days and no change in the order status.
It’s very annoying, I think this is by far the worst online order I’ve ever did.
I have the same problem and I am ready to send it all back and initiate a charge back on my credit card. I have never had such a horrible online purchase experience. I live in Europe and take some comfort in knowing that consumer rights actually mean something.
@Franco_Fiorentino_IT quando hai completato l’ordine? Io sono esattamente 16 giorni che sto aspettando il kickr core, fino ad ora ho ricevuto solo il manubrio.
È davvero frustrante, sto pesando anch’io di richiedere il rimborso, la peggior esperienza mai avuta con un acquisto online.
@Michele_Laudadio È una settimana che controllo le etichette di spedizione senza alcun movimento. Sembra un piano per dire che l’ordine è stato evaso e riscuotere i fondi. La tua situazione è peggiore della mia, ma sto andando nella stessa direzione. Avrei dovuto acquistare un Elite e sostenere un marchio italiano.
