Incomplete deliver

I bought a Zwift Ride a week ago. Two boxes came Sunday 12/1/24, the Wahoo Rear hub and a small box that had the plug and connectors in it. the Bike frame came today 12/3. I am missing the handle bars, pegs, Tool to put it together and the quick connect axle provided does not seem to be long enough. I can’t attach the frame to the HUB using it. I have called customer service and have been waiting hours for a call back. This is hugely disappointing and is unacceptable. How do i go about getting the parts that i was shorted?

I ordered a week ago and still have not received my frame (but have everything else) so between the two of us we have a complete Zwift Ride…

Same for me i got 3 packages out of 4, and my frame is still missing

Were you able to speak to an actual person at Zwift?

Nope, have raised a ticket but no response yet. It seems impossible to actually speak to someone

I just received a call from Customer Service. They said they are shipping out another box to me with all the missing items. We shall see.

My order from Cyber monday of a frame+trainer turned into them shipping me two handlebars and two wahoo trainers without any frame. Contacted the chat support who stated that they need to investigate internally before a frame can be shipped. What a mess.
