Zwift Customer Service

I received my Zwift Ride but the box with the handle bars, pedals, tool, axle and other items did not come. I called, emailed and tried the online chat service but was unable to connect with a human being. Can anyone please suggest how I can contact Customer Service to get this resolved?

I was sent 3 tracking #’s with the order confirmation and all 3 are showing delivered now. The bike frame, hub and a small box. The box with the handle bars and the other items mentioned was not included. I wouldnt be concerned except for the fact that all 3 tracking # are showing delivered. There is not a 4th travking #.
