I have a delivery issue with my order.
I was expecting 6 boxes, 5 were delivered. The Zwift Ride Smart Frame is missing…When I use the chatbot support, the answers are stupids ! How can I get someone on the phone who coul listen and fix the issue ?

There’s no phone but you can email orders@zwift.com
Exactly the same issue as me. Everything apart from my frame arrived last Thursday.
I finally managed to get a support ticket raised today after battling with the chatbot for a while. What you have to do is instead of clicking on the chatbot buttons, you write a message at the bottom of the chat and eventually you will get to a form that enables you to raise a ticket.
Now I just need to wait and see how long it takes to respond to the ticket!

Hello both! Not to worry - expect your shipment to arrive in several boxes that may not arrive at the same time. Please give it a couple days for everything to arrive. Please see this FAQ for other common questions
I really cant get my head around why customers have to wait several days? to receive all the shipment this simply isn’t good enough.
Why does this happen?
All boxes should be sent out as one consignment should it not?
and as we all pay a princely sum for delivery we expect more!
@shooj It’s already been more than a couple of days, Most of my order arrived 6 days ago. How long should it take for the frame to arrive as well? DPD tracking still says “We’ve received your order details, but have not yet received your parcel”
@shooj still no sign of my frame and no communication from Zwift.
Zwift have finally been in touch. They have raised a new order to ship me a replacement frame
