I made my purchase of the Zwift Ride with KICKR CORE on the 12th of September, and by the 15th of September, I had received 3 of my 4 packages. To date I have still not received the Frame which in essence makes the other parts useless.
I was contacted by someone in the Zwift Support team on the 17th of September but I haven’t heard from them since. Is anyone able to point me in the direction of a contact or an email address.

I have the same issue! transport company has the frame but is not allowed to deliver it. This is because the carrier indicates that it does not meet the guidelines. So it is in depo but DPD (the supplier) refers to Bace logistics and they say they can’t do anything and that I have to contact Zwift. That bloody chat-bot is useless and can’t find anybody, or a number to connect to. You understand of course that this is very annoying. Luckily I ordered with Klara, so did not pay yet
Begrijpelijk dat je het terug wilt sturen. De 100euro verzendkosten die we hebben betaald zou wel voldoende moeten zijn toch, zou je zeggen. Ik heb overigens niks ontvangen. Alle drie de pakketten zijn retour gegaan en geen gehoor van Zwift. Alleen dat ik geduld moet hebben op een reactie van mijn mail naar support.
I have the same problem. Have you received the frame yet? unfortunately the money has already been deducted from my account… No answer from the support yet…
Seems like so many people have the same problem. We received half an order delivered by Fedex (thank you) but DPD just say the Kickr Core is with Base Logistics as (even though we have a ring doorbell, and someone was in and no calling card was left (twice), they missed us!?) They say go to the shipper, and there we have another problem. We send an email to Zwift and three days later it is unanswered. It’s all very well saying be patient, but we are spending enough money on these things to expect a lot better. Any ideas anybody… social media?
